  • Participated in 2013 PARISE phased array radar experiment at the Hazardous Weather Testbed in Norman, OK.
    • Worked case studies in real time using Phased Array Radar data.
    • Provided feedback and participated in research aimed at furthering the development of Phased Array Radar before its deployment in the field.
  • Published research on orographic cirrus outbreaks.
    • Used atmospheric sounding and satellite data to better predict these events and their consequences on associated forecast variables.
    • Led to forecasting guide used in WFO Raleigh operations.
    • Work presented at an AMS Satellite Conference and an Eastern Region Satellite Workshop.
